About Living in Santiago

Raised as a military brat and then joining the military myself, I had the privilege to travel and live in many countries. It was not until the end of my career that I started visiting Latin American countries. I soon found myself falling in love with their culture, lifestyle and people in general. I have since married a Dominican lady and we are living here in Santiago, Dominican Republic.

Living in Santiago is part of Mercedes Web Services. With this site we hope to help people that are either thinking about visiting or moving to Santiago, Dominican Republic. As I learn more about the culture, history and living here from my wife, and she learns more about us foreigners, we will be able to expand our information and recommendations.
