We are not lawyers and do not give out legal advice. Saying that we will post pages on the different topics. We will look at subjects like steps to get married here in the Dominican Republic, applying for your residency and real estate just to name a few.

Please keep in mind that procedures change. Sometimes they are well documented and sometimes they are not. An example of this is recent changes to the residency procedures. Some lawyers know, some do not, but yet I have talked to different people in the government and they have different stories. We will try to stay as current as possible. However, we need to watch to make sure what we display is fact to the best of our knowledge.
