Day Trips From Santiago

Even though the island of Hispaniola is the second largest island in the Caribbean, it is not all that large. There are many attractions that can be seen as day trips from Santiago. The capital, Santo Domingo, is only an hour and half from Santiago. A person can run down to Zona Colonial and be back in Santiago that evening. Or maybe make it a week-end trip. As we travel around we continue to add to the list and let you know what attractions are out there.
